Leadership Team

Rodger Meyer is Executive Vice President of Operations for Stryten Energy, a global provider of stored electrical-energy solutions for transportation and industrial markets. In this role, Mr. Meyer is responsible for all of the manufacturing sites in North America, ensuring Stryten’s products meet our customers’ quality expectations; the safety of our employees; costs are in line with budgeted commitments; and delivering products when expected from our customers. 

Mr. Meyer has more than 25 years of experience in the stored energy industry. Previously, he was Director of Operations for Clarios; Director of Operations for Johnson Controls Power Solutions; and Plant Manager for the Battery Division of Johnson Controls Power Solutions. He also has experience delivering process excellence as a Divisional Lean Manufacturing Lead and Industrial Engineer.

Mr. Meyer is Lean/Six Sigma certified and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He also is a member of the Association of Battery Recyclers.
