Leadership Team

Jully Sieglaff (Hirt) is Vice President, Commercial Programs and Pricing, for Stryten Energy, a provider of stored electrical-energy solutions for transportation and industrial markets. In this role, she is responsible for the product marketing function for the company’s Transportation, Motive Power, Components and Essential Power divisions, as well as sales operations, customer service and pricing.

Ms. Sieglaff joined the company in 2019 and has 25 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong background in program management, continuous improvement and process development. Her experience includes 5 years with Johnson Controls (Clarios) in the stored energy industry, and 15 years with Briggs & Stratton managing global customer service, supply chain, pricing and program management. Additionally, prior to joining Stryten, she was the Director of Strategy Deployment at Dover Industries.

She earned a Master of Science degree in Marketing & Export Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
