Leadership Team

Bob Penman, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Motrex LLC*, serves as the General Counsel for Stryten Energy through a services agreement with Motrex LLC. Mr. Penman is responsible for leading the company’s corporate legal functions as well as providing strategic legal advice to the management teams and establishing internal governance policies.

Mr. Penman has more than 25 years of legal experience including 9 years in the stored energy industry. His previous experience includes managing legal operations and advising executive officers of publicly and privately traded companies on a broad range of complex legal, business, and strategic issues. He also was responsible for the management of personnel and financial resources at both law firms and corporate legal departments.

Mr. Penman received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California San Diego and his JD/MBA from the University of Georgia. Mr. Penman is a member of the Georgia and California State Bar Associations.
