Leadership Team

Bob Holmes is Vice President of Advanced Manufacturing for Stryten Energy, a provider of stored electrical-energy solutions for transportation and industrial markets. Mr. Holmes leads the company’s Process and Product Engineering teams for both Transportation and Industrial divisions, Environmental Engineering, Process Management Office, Continuous Improvement and Facilities.

Mr. Holmes has 20 years of experience in the stored energy industry. He has led engineering teams at Rockwell Automation, Malisko Engineering, Johnson Controls, Clarios, and Dover Food Retail. He also has directed maintenance teams and launched a Global TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Program for Clarios.

Mr. Holmes received his Bachelor of Science from Maranatha Baptist University. He held a  Master Electricians License, CI Black Belt certification, Vibration Analysis certification and several software certifications from Rockwell Automation.
