Stryten Energy and its public relations partner Arketi Group recently received the Award of Excellence in the B2B Media Relations category during the 2023 PRSA Phoenix Awards ceremony and the Platinum Award in the Public Relations Program category from the 2023 MarCom Awards committee.
“Receiving these honors from two respected organizations is a testament to the success of Stryten Energy’s efforts to share our battery technology expertise and insights that address the opportunities and challenges in the evolving energy storage market,” said Melissa Floyd, Vice President of Communications and Digital Marketing at Stryten Energy.
“With Arketi’s strategic guidance and assistance, we gained significant media coverage and positioned Stryten as a leading authority on advanced lead, lithium and vanadium redox flow battery technologies, along with the value these solutions have to ensure domestic energy security and independence,” said Floyd.

Arketi secured several pieces of earned media coverage on Stryten’s behalf with target publications reporting on energy storage. This coverage included amplifying Stryten’s positioning and unique perspective shared in contributed articles, interviews and other content in POWER Magazine, ISE Magazine, North American Clean Energy, Solar Today, Battery Power, SupplyChainBrain, Utility Dive, AltEnergyMag, Energy Storage News and Data Center Knowledge, resulting in a reach of approximately 1.5 million.
The company’s newsletter, The Stryten Energy Insider, realized similarly positive results with an average 40% email open rate and 5% click-through rate. Stryten’s newsletter was designed with fewer buttons to keep readers engaged with the content on-screen, so surpassing a B2B industry average of 2.5% was an achievement and testament to the information provided.
