Stryten Energy is powering the transition to zero and low carbon energy solutions with advanced battery technologies for storing solar and wind power and reducing the greenhouse gas emissions of the world’s vehicles.
As the most recycled product in the world, our batteries are sustainable with a proven circular economy model that has provided accessible energy to consumers, businesses and governments for more than a century. A full 100% of the lead we use in our batteries is recycled, and 90% of the contents of our batteries come from recycled materials.
In addition to our own sustainability focus, Stryten is committed to helping our customers use energy storage in the most efficient way possible and providing solutions that will help them optimize usage and charging, as well as reduce their carbon footprints.
Our number one priority is to protect the health, safety and well-being of our employees and the communities in which we operate and live. Stryten is committed to being a good corporate citizen who will be open with stakeholders and work within our communities to advance laws, regulations and practices that safeguard the public. As part of our focus on continuous improvement, we have invested in EHS programs at our plants and are continuing to invest in sound EHS engineering controls, work practices and management practices to meet or exceed the requirements of national, provincial, state and/or local EHS laws and regulations. Stryten’s EHS standards are an integral component to the design of our products, processes and services, and of the lifecycle management of our products.

On a regular basis, our recruiters reach out to state agencies that work with veterans. We also have a dedicated section of our Jobs website for veteran job seekers at jobs.stryten.com/stryten-veterans. In addition to helping veterans find jobs, Stryten is a proud sponsor of Rivers of Recovery, an innovative, national nonprofit that uses outdoor-based activities to effectively treat symptoms of post-traumatic stress, depression and anxiety in combat veterans and active-duty military.
We are also committed to hiring individuals with disabilities. We partner with Disability Solutions, which has over 60 years of experience employing individuals with disabilities, including veterans with disabilities.
