Stuart Aspey

Stuart Aspey is Vice President of Engineering for Stryten Energy, a provider of stored electrical-energy solutions for transportation and industrial markets. Mr. Aspey leads the Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Software Development and Product Development departments for Stryten Energy in the manufacturing of lead and lithium energy storage solutions, which includes cells, batteries, chargers and plastic components for automotive/transportation, industrial and BESS applications. He is also responsible for Project Management, Capital Planning and Capital Management for all areas of the business.

Mr. Aspey has 27 years of experience in the stored energy industry. He has held positions in Quality, Process Development, Project Management, Strategic Planning and Deployment, Mergers and Acquisitions and Engineering for Chloride Motive Power Batteries, Motrex and Stryten Energy. He has also developed many business processes for Motrex and Stryten Energy from project management and stage gate methodologies to strategic planning and deployment practices.

Mr. Aspey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Chemistry from the Manchester Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom. He also has a diploma in Management and holds accreditation for Lean Six Sigma for Leaders. He is a keen hiker and golfer.
